Join Canyon Wren Coaching and Loon Echo Land Trust for a free, pace-inclusive women - centered mountain run.
The Southwest Ridge Trail is a technical, 6 mile out and back that ascends 2000 feet to the summit of Pleasant Mountain. Participants are expected to have the fitness and gear required to take care of themselves, but will be well supported by the group. There will be an option to turn around at the Southwest summit, which is approximately halfway.
This is an organized group run NOT a race. As such, participants are expected to show up willing to move at the pace of the slowest member of the group and maintain a supportive and encouraging attitude throughout. If the group is large enough we may split into multiple pace groups.
