At Canyon Wren Coaching, I believe running should fit into your life — not the other way around. My coaching is designed to honor your body, your goals, and your capacity in every season of life. Whether you’re training for an ultramarathon, returning to running postpartum, or exploring trails for the first time, you’ll find support that’s adaptable, evidence-based, and deeply human. Together, we’ll build strength, trust, and joy — one stride at a time.

PERSONAL RUN COACHING

$150/month

Your journey, your rhythm. This is my most popular package for a reason — it’s coaching that adapts to you. With personalized training plans written in the Steady State app every 7–14 days, your plan evolves with your life and your goals. Weekly email check-ins help keep you on track and answer all your questions, while monthly calls and pre-race planning sessions give you space to reflect, adjust, and grow. You’ll also have unlimited email access for motivation, guidance, and support whenever you need it.

This is running that meets you where you are — flexible, responsive, and rooted in trust.

CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS

$250

If you’re preparing for a specific race or adventure and want a plan that’s tailored to your unique body, terrain, and goals, this is for you. Your journey begins with a one-hour Zoom call where we’ll dive into your running history, training availability, and personal goals. From there, you’ll receive a fully customized training plan in the Steady State app designed to guide you confidently to race day.

You’ll also receive monthly email check-ins with light plan adjustments and a final one-hour call 7–10 days before your event to fine-tune your strategy, fueling, and mindset.

PREGNANT RUNNING SUPPORT

$300

Pregnancy is a powerful time — and if running is part of your rhythm, it can continue to be. This program is designed for runners who already have a plan or routine they love but want expert guidance and reassurance during pregnancy and postpartum.

You’ll receive four one-hour Zoom sessions (often scheduled once per trimester plus one postpartum) to discuss your unique journey, ask questions, and receive tailored education and training modifications. You’ll also have email access through six weeks postpartum for continued support as your body transitions and recovers.

Together, we’ll keep you running strong, confident, and connected through every stage.

IN-PERSON COACHING SESSION (New England) 

$150

For runners who thrive with hands-on learning and real-world guidance, an in-person session offers the chance to deepen your skills and confidence on the trails. Each three-hour session is customized to your interests and needs — from trail technique, pacing, and gear to fueling, pregnancy-specific running, or winter training.

We can also explore mountain running, endurance strategies, form assessments, or trail safety basics — all grounded in evidence-based coaching and personal experience.

Want to share the experience? Add up to three friends for $50 per person and make it a group session!

Alpine Running Retreat

Denmark, Maine

Join Coach Acadia in beautiful Denmark, Maine for a 3 day, 2 night all-inclusive mountain running retreat for women and non-binary runners. This retreat features gourmet, vegetarian meals, sauna and cozy off-grid accommodations at the Nurture Through Nature retreat center, 3 days of guided runs and workshops and the chance to expand your skills and make new friends in an inclusive, supportive environment.
