PERSONAL RUN COACHING

Our most popular package! Personal training plans are written in Training Peaks 7-14 days in advance. This allows for adjustments in real time. Weekly email check-ins will ensure you are staying on track and will answer any questions you have. In addition, we will schedule a monthly Zoom call and pre-race planning call. You also have unlimited email access to Coach Acadia for all of your questions, concerns and motivation!

CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS
$250
Are you looking for the perfect training plan for your goal race? Then a custom training plan is for you! This package includes:

1 hour Zoom call at the beginning of the plan

a custom, fully written training plan in the Steady State app
-
monthly email check-ins with small plan adjustments.

1 hour Zoom call 7-10 days prior to your goal event.
PREGNANT RUNNING SUPPORT
$300
Do you have a running plan or routine that you love but would like more support for running during your pregnancy? Then this program is for you! 4 - one hour Zoom sessions (often broken into one per trimester plus one postpartum) will give you a chance to ask any questions you have plus receive personalized education from Coach Acadia. In addition to the zoom calls you will have email access to Acadia through 6 weeks postpartum.


IN-PERSON COACHING SESSION
$150
If you're local to New England and wanting to expand your running, an in-person session is for you! This 3 hour session will be customized based on what you want to learn but could include:
Learning how to trail run
Considerations for running in pregnancy
Gear
Proper hydration/fueling
Mountain Running
Winter Running
Pacing for your goal race
Increasing your speed/endurance
Form Assessment
Basic first aid and trail safety
and so much more!
Make it a group session! Add up to 3 additional people for $50/person.
